As a Program Assistant at Citizenship, I play a pivotal role in the processing of citizenship applications. My responsibilities encompass the meticulous verification and validation of client-provided photos and information, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of each application. Diligently adhering to established protocols and standards, I contribute to the seamless and efficient facilitation of Canada's citizenship process, fostering trust and reliability in every step of the application journey.

Conducting full-cycle testing across QA, staging, and production environments while using clear communication with team. Utilized Maven as primary build management tool, wrote and executed test scripts using IntelliJ IDEA, tracked and managed bugs via Jira, produced bug reports, and utilized Git for version control. Gathering and analyzing business requirements and user stories to help define test strategies and develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases via Jira. Identifying, documenting, reporting, and managing defects, partnering with cross-functional development stakeholders in conceptualizing inventive resolutions to augment product quality.
