Hi, my name is Chris!I have had 12+ years of experience in the field of mental health counseling. I've had the privilege to work with both children and adults in the counseling I have undertaken over this period of time. I have also worked with children, adolescents, couples and families in my time working at Trillium Family Services, Linn County Mental Health Department and with other agencies, providing clients and their families with hope for the future, by instilling more effective communication and emotional processing skills, to help them manage their lives and learn more effective ways to cope with their stress.I also had the experience of supervising one of the teams in the Linn County Mental Health Department for four years from February 2020-April 2024, which helped foster in me more appreciation for the importance of healthy, service-based leadership, and the effect this has on the families that we serve in our communities.I have really enjoyed my time working as a therapist and helping people advocate and grow to become the best version that they envision of themselves!
