I currently hold the position of CEO of Profectus Education, Consulting and Coaching Services and Adjunct Professor with Swinburne University.I have throughout my career, as an educator, been dedicated to developing learning settings that make effective use of learning spaces, are student centered and encourage individual students to strive for high achievement. I have continued this pursuit in my various roles including Teacher, Principal, Curriculum Consultant, Instructional Designer, Head of School, Dean of Teaching and Learning and Director of Quality Enhancement. In each role I have actively promoted a quality research agenda including Gifted and Talented Learners, Sense of Community, Online and Blended Learning and Student Engagement.I am committed to continual improvement in education and have driven significant change that improves the quality of the student and the staff experience, promotes growth and embeds the principles of quality enhancement in practice.
