Designed and created the Finance Academy for the 2,000 finance staff of all grades in TUI Travel PLC across the globe. Introduced a web-based Learning Management System to host eLearning courses, workshops and resources to support the development plans of finance staff from over 40 countries. Developed and sourced content to match business needs and raise the capability of all levels of finance. Enjoyed the challenge of creating and introducing the Academy into a complex and extensive international group, and working with the senior leadership teams across different cultures to create high performing teams. Advised TUI Group on extending the Academy to all 55,000 employees in the company. Great company and a successful project.
