Manufacturing Manager• Involved with every aspect of running a shop floor: sales and quoting jobs, data management, preparing and issuing of machine files with detailed line-ups and prints for machine operators, surfacing and electrode extracting, programming and running CNC machines, EDM sinker and Wire machine• Responsible for the shipping/receiving of materials, ordering of shop supplies, shop floor scheduling and customer service relations

Manufacturing Coordinator• Surfacing of electrodes for the EDM department• Issuing CNC and EDM cut files and detailed line-ups• 2D and 3D wire file creation for EDM department• Mounting, programming and cutting of electrodes• Programming and operation of CNC and EDM machines• Issuing detailed prints for machinists• Planning mold build processes for various departments• Assistant Purchaser involved in purchasing supplies for the shop and importing and exporting goods • Actively involved in the Lean Manufacturing Process

EDM Department Leader• Surfacing electrodes for CNC machining and detailing manual rib prints for grinding, mounting, programming and cutting CNC machined electrodes• Issuing burn location sheets and line-ups for machine operators• Quality control checks and hand working of electrodes• Programming and operation of CNC and manual dielectric sinkers• Responsible for ordering materials and providing cost/time estimates for projects

EDM Operator• Programmer/operator of manual and computer operated CNC and EDM machines• Involved in the production of electrodes from grinding manual ribs to the mounting of CNC cut electrodes

Toolmaker/CNC Programmer-Operator• Designing and producing jig’s, fixtures and small plastic injection mold tools from the design stage to the final installment on the production line• CNC programmer/operator, involved in CAD/CAM programming along with writing manual programs to run prototype and production parts for the electronic and defense industry• Programmer/operator for EDM Wire machine
