Clients include arange of middle sized companies, several public institutions and two international organisations

After a period of 20 years as a Reseach Directer responsible for local, urban and regional development I was was responsible for management and structural reform in the OECD. I always repôrrted to the Chief Executive. My last elveen years in the Organisation were as the the first Director of Public Affairs and Communications with an initial staff of over 300 people and a final staff of 150. I created the lobbying functions of the OECD including their offices in Washington, Berlin , Tokyo and Mexico City, I also reformed the communications, public affairs and publishing activities- the last a commercial operation with 25 million dollars of commercial turnover. I chair several NGOs and have advised Chief Executives of Fortune 5OO companies over long periods. I run a private consulting business.
