Verification·         Daily PEP/Sanctions screening through GBG's On Going Monitoring System. ·         Reviewing KYC documents through our verification partners, HooYu.·         Working compliantly to monitor customers and identify those who may be vulnerable. AML ·      Creation of EDD reports when players hit certain financial thresholds ·      Completing further information calls with the customer to ascertain their SOWFraud/Risk ·         Monitoring customer accounts to detect fraudulent patterns and implementing new alerts to protect the business from financial loss. ·        Duplicate account grouping -        Transaction monitoring  -         Processing withdrawals using payments provider, AdyenResponsible Gambling ·         Review gameplay inline with affordability and consider account limits through customer interactions. ·         Contacting customers to ensure they are comfortable with their betting activity and ensuring they are aware of tools available. ·         Ensure proper record keeping of data collected.
