• General maintenance of client's website domains hosted by ourselves.

• Taking phone calls in an inbound call center for customer queries regarding magazine subscriptions.
• Dealing specifically with Client requests, as well as any complaints from customers.
• Training new starters on the systems and product knowledge.
• Dealing with/sending complaints to the manager and following up with the problem.
• Self training of the mobile devices to help customers with their queries.
• Being in charge of all product returns, and assessing why these items were returned, and if the customer needs to be refunded or have their product replaced..During this role I have also had training in the following.

• Scanning receipts into the systems to be reviewed for VAT
• Organizing and batching post that arrived daily
• Filing batches away daily in an organized manner

• Packing customer's personal possessions ready to be moved safely
• Handling customer's personal items from one location to another
• Loading the lorry in a way that is safe for transportation
• Making sure following Health and Safety at all times
• Dealing with any problems that arise with errors, and making sure they dealt with in a correct and professional manner
• Liaising with customer's at all times to make sure that customer's items are placed in the correct places

• Working overtime for Midnight launches

• Spray painting fire dampers to regulated requirements
