Interim role within Technology Based Industries seeking organic or acquisitive growth through Innovation to Market Entry, Digital Transformation, M&A or to win Substantive Procurement Tenders.

Appointed to lead a cross functional team to price and win a major five year contract with the NHS. The multi-million pound contract for a cloud based, managed ICT Service for the Interoperability of Patient Records from many disparate domains.

Promoted to lead a competitive engagement at board level with the Broadband Delivery UK Programme together with six County Councils for delivery of Superfast Broadband into rural areas. Won all four Rural Superfast Broadband Framework bids for the Southwest and Home Counties that resulted in complex contracts worth in excess of £150m.

Designed and launched a number of business ventures from lab based innovations that included a white labelled wholesale portal for the UK Communications Provider market. A DAB and 3G mobile handset venture providing consumer content for the UK retail market and a mobile content streaming service. The ventures led to a four year contract worth £64m with a FTSE 100 UK energy company to transfer their telecoms customer base to the BT Wholesale and the BT Movio content and entertainment service.

Built and launched a venture with Granada Motorway Services for co-branded Business Lounges at Motorway Service Areas on the M4 motorway in 2000. The business lounges provided a portfolio of IT and Telecoms services for business users.

Built a team that designed a White Labelled Loyalty Scheme for the UK Retail Market. Continued to design, build and launch a Managed Payment and Loyalty Card Authorisation solution.

Led global sales teams to identify commercial opportunities with BP Oil. The team built a number of IT services with specialist third party software vendors from the US to compete and win procurements within the Downstream Oil Refining, Oil Trading and European Oil Distribution sectors.

Joined ICL on the Graduate Entry Scheme from London University. Designed, built and launched the Counter Terminal Automation Service for Local Government.
