Visitor Assistant/ Onboarding Training Coordinator

• Assess visitor’s needs and responds appropriately, answer questions in a timely manner and seeks assistance from colleagues and/or supervisors when necessary.• Provide visitors with general information on the Capitol Visitors Center.• Efficiently and effectively describe the process for acquiring tour passes to visitors and issue them at the information desk. • Work together with Congress to inform, involve and inspire every visitor to the US Capitol. • Train new hires as a group, minimum of 40 at a time, on job duties, procedures, and responsibilities in a two week span.
