Work experience with prestigious government research laboratory dedicated to the epitaxial growth of a variety of high quality semiconductor materials, with the aim of working with researchers there to produce GaN-based nanostructures, in doing so furthering my understanding of the growth aspect of semiconductor fabrication; and then returning with samples of these materials for subsequent study at Strathclyde, strengthening the collaboration between the UK and French nitride communities.
