As an employee of Marian University One Stop, my role is to provide the most professional and outstanding customer service to everyone who visits our campus. I handle phone calls that come to the university and transfer those calls to the appropriate department, sort mail and packages to the correct student/ faculty member, and represent Marian University in a positive manner with excellent customer service.

Brillion, Wisconsin

In the summer of 2015, I accepted an internship in the City of Brillion Parks, Recreation and Aquatics Department as a Recreation Program intern. As a part of this internship, I was introduced to multiple facets of a business such as marketing strategies, budgeting, and scheduling. One of my primary duties was to oversee the Brillion Youth Baseball and Softball programs. I was responsible for scheduling umpires, games, and practices for a total of 15 teams in a three month span. Also, as a part of this internship, I coordinated a T-Ball program for 66 participants. In addition to coordinating a T-Ball program, I also coordinated sessions for youth golf lessons to 10 participants. This internship taught me how to handle pressure and how to effectively manage a large group of employees.

As a member of Dunham's Sports, I was given the opportunity to showcase the best customer service that I could offer. As a sales associate, I was given different responsibilities. Those responsibilities included: providing customer service to potential consumers interested in our store's products and merchandise, operating store cash registers, stocking and organizing shelves, and as well as performing other projects and assignments that were given to me.

As a member of a multi-million dollar company, I was given the opportunity to work with many different facets of the production line. I was a summer worker for 3 years at this company. My primary job was an Engine Picker. As an engine picker, my primary responsibility was to make sure that each engine was prepared for the production line by making sure each engine had the appropriate amount of oil inside. Also with this job title, I assembled parts for each snow blower such as sprockets, friction disks, and swing gates. And finally, I prepared different parts of each snow blower onto the appropriate cart slots so the production line was ready to use each part.
