Part of my role at MTC involves working with VPs and department directors to gather requirements for projects and developing internal websites using Tomcat, Java, JavaScript, HTML and MySQL. I also take the lead on the testing and deployment of the code I write. By using an android application I developed, MTC was able to lower the cost associated with tracking company assets. This app was developed for tablets and utilized a bluetooth scanner.
