• Determine replacement of existing equipment and purchasing of new equipment for all facilities. • Author and submit AFE’s for the replacement of existing equipment and purchasing of new equipment for all facilities.• Attend auctions, trade shows,etc. to find and purchase quality equipment at the best rate possible to ensure a cost savings to the company• Direct and formulate procedures and plans to make new equipment available when needed and to ensure the most cost effective placement of new equipment at the proper GEG facility• Develop and implement quality assurance standards, processes and controls to ensure that all production ,shipping, cost, quality and safety requirements are met on all new equipment purchased at facilities• Develop a method for inspecting, testing, and operating all existing equipment and all newly purchased equipment. Maintain a record of inspections, testing, and operation of all equipment.• Prepare specifications for potential new equipment purchases, and review specifications submitted by regional managers to determine whether new equipment should be purchased.• Develop and oversee cost effective contracts with vendors for outside repairs and rental equipment• Keep current with advancements in safety to ensure equipment quality and adherence to all specifications required• Assign and supervise projects given to mechanics, welding, and shop personnel, to include dedicated personnel and other field personnel that are not currently assigned to a field project.• Schedule training for mechanical personnel as fleet and standard equipment inventory changes to maintain necessary knowledge base to accurately and productively maintain and repair equipment. Schedule refresher courses as necessary. Maintain training records.• Make sure consigned stock, and shop stock, is properly accounted for and reordered as necessary. Work with vendor to ensure that consignment inventory is being properly stocked with items most commonly needed.

Supervise crews of up to 6 or more personnel to complete assigned task in a safe and timely manner and maintain internal documents such as employee timesheets, work orders, daily activity forms, DOT forms, JSA forms, and accounts payable while on location. I am tasked with handling most aspects of logistics while on location. -Supervise and perform oil and gas pipeline maintenance, including, but not limited too, hydrostatic testing, pigging, and dehydration, per Department of Transportation guidelines and customer standards.

- Maintenance and repair on various military vehicles to sustain fleet in theatre operations.- Knowledge of various systems including engines, drive train, climate control, weapon systems, Armor, and suspension on the following but not limited to the following tactical vehicles: M915, HMMWV, HEMMTT, HET, LET, HET trailers, and 5 tons.-Experience with installation of “add- on” armor of above mentioned tactical vehicles- Knowledge of the military standards involved with the processing and maintaining of proper paperwork associated with equipment maintenance and repair operations.

Duties for MOS 52C at each skill level are:a. Major duties.(1) MOSC 52C1O. Maintains (inspects, repairs, tests, and adjusts) gasoline engine systems, bottle cleaning/charging stations, air conditioner electrical systems, air conditioner vapor systems, refrigeration unit electrical systems, portable heater fuel/electrical systems, fire extinguisher rechargers, and fire extinguishers/valves.(2) MOSC 52C2O. Perform duties in preceding skill level, supervises lower grade soldiers and provides technical guidance to the soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties.(3) MOSC 52C3O. Perform duties in preceding skill levels, perform quartermaster and chemical equipment repairer (MOS 63J) duties, supervises lower grade soldiers and provides technical guidance to the soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties. Inspects and troubleshoots petroleum, oil, and lubrication equipment, smoke generators, laundry and bath units, chemical equipment, water purification equipment systems, portable forced air heaters, bottle cleaning/ charging station, air conditioner units, refrigeration units, and fire extinguisher recharger. Performs maintenance management activities, including production and quality control.
