• Manage every day rental operations for lease, commercial and household customers • Control Fleet Management and inventory fluctuations between branch and seven agent locations• Manage seven agent locations by ensuring all operations protocols are being followed and quality of service is satisfactory • Manage accounts receivable for branch location, including all lease and commercial accounts • Manage hikers who move equipment between branch and agent locations to cover inventory needs • Review 1211 reports to ensure unbilled damage is controlled/ Utilize Qlikview Dashboard• Work closely with shop to ensure sub & deadline is managed efficiently and customer uptime is maximized• Assist with lease billing• Support sales for new market growth/ Participate in Blitz events• Manage sister city expenses/ revenue • Manage contribution report and fleet mix

• Assist customers via phone, in person, and email by handling all aspects of rentals from reservation to return of equipment at customer destination • Support rental and lease accounts with insurance questions, billing, and customer satisfaction issues • Report damages to equipment to proper personnel and handled coordinating having damages repaired by vendors or our shop • Answer phone calls from all customers regarding any questions from renting to billing issues • Perform back office tasks such as filing reports, handling money, reconciling bank balance and mailing packages
