• Interface daily with high net worth individuals and small institutions, which requires excellent customer service skills, strong problem solving skills and the ability to research, analyze, prioritize and solve issues.
• Cover 6 million in production and 1 billion in assets under management.
• Monitor high risk accounts and take necessary action to rectify client margin and option related compliance issues.
• Apply financial acumen and securities knowledge to evaluate asset strategies for clients.
• Assist the syndicate coordinator with daily allocations of IPO’s and secondary offerings.
• Product liaison between fund companies and wholesalers for clients and financial team.​

• Involved with daily NSCC trade reporting for domestic and offshore mutual fund transactions.
• Responsible for maintaining strong communication with fund companies and Individual Broker Dealers in regards to trading activity, changing fund policies and procedures, market timing restrictions, and all other queries.
• Involved in daily operational tasks such as settlement breaks, trade reconciliation, dividend adjustments, NSCC trade rejects, various IBD initiated projects and system/database maintenance.
