Interface daily with high net worth individuals and small institutions, which requires excellent customer service skills, strong problem solving skills and the ability to research, analyze, prioritize and solve issues in a fast paced environment.• Cover 6 million in production and 1 billion in assets under management.• Monitor high risk accounts and take necessary action to rectify client margin and option related compliance issues.• Apply financial acumen and securities knowledge to evaluate asset strategies for clients.• Assist the syndicate coordinator with daily allocations of IPO’s and secondary offerings.• Product liaison between fund companies and wholesalers for clients and financial team.​• Leader of integration team for all incoming wealth management teams.• Run monthly progress meetings, which also address all peer inquiries and problems.

•Involved with daily NSCC trade reporting for domestic and offshore mutual fund transactions. • Responsible for maintaining strong communication with fund companies and Individual Broker Dealers in regards to trading activity, changing fund policies and procedures, market timing restrictions, and all other queries.• Involved in daily operational tasks such as settlement breaks, trade reconciliation, dividend adjustments, NSCC trade rejects, various IBD initiated projects and system/database maintenance.
