Storehouse is a multi-store operator with two medical and recreational dispensaries located in Baltimore and Camp Springs, Maryland. I managed all aspects of the business and served as the key operational decision maker. Managed construction and licensing stages, wrote and implemented all SOPs, cleared regulatory inspections and licensing hurdles, established supply chains, purchasing and A/P, staffing, recruitment, HR, business development, contract negotiations, investor reports, P&L’s, and annual financial projections and reporting.Managed the M+A of Jova Wellness located in Camp Springs, MD in fall of 2020 and grew annual revenue by 5x within first 36 months.

Oversaw all operations for both the medical and recreational stores. Managed growth from a small, medical-only dispensary into an industry leading brand for both medical and recreational markets. I created scaleable, standardized operations for the company with a perfect compliance record, while creating a culture of camaraderie and teamwork amongst staff and an industry-leading customer service experience for patrons. I managed vendor relations, community programming, event marketing and brand development, and worked closely with the executive team developing business strategies and marketing campaigns.Grew annual revenues from $5mm in 2014 to over $11mm in 2016 while maintaining perfect compliance records with all state regulatory bodies including Department of Revenue, Department of Public Health and Fire Department.

Responsible for the development and execution of various Club events, leagues, parties and programming for members. Programming included large scale Member events for 300+ people and required coordination across multiple departments and vendors. Also served as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and director of the Russian Kettlebell Program.

Coordinated a range of education, counseling, and life skills programming for high-risk students in underserved school districts. Student age ranges spanned sixth grade through high school graduation. Programming included standardized-test prep classes, tutoring, community outreach, after-school programs, mentoring, summer camps and multi-day, out-of-state college tour visits.
