I am an enthusiastic, experienced nurse with a proven track record in the delivery of Clinical Governance. I am a highly motivated team member, with a constant desire to deliver a high standard of care and to promote NHS Direct 111 an integral part of the wider NHS.I have constructively and positively contributed to a number of developments within both NHS Direct and 111 and have been involved in the services endeavours to create long term partnerships within the North West I have been active in the development of robust effective and efficient systems which are used in reporting and investigation of Clinical Governance issues, improving on and maintaining the recording and reporting of Incidents, Complaints, Accolades, Professional Feedback and Risk Registers. As a result I am able to ensure that appropriate data is collected and collated to meet internal reporting requirements and provide high level statistical analysis report for services delivered.I am able to work under pressure and have a proven track record to demonstrate this. I am aware of the importance of the delivery of information and reporting within timeframes to inform and meet business requirements. I have excellent time management skills with an ability to review changing workloads in order to ensure main priorities are met. I am a task orientated person, enjoying a logical and practical approach to my work and the complexities and challenges that my current roles bring each day. I have a strong work ethic and set myself high standards. I am analytical and most content in work that is of practical service to the organisation and others.
