• Completion of monthly (30+) schemes reports based on new members, member progress/completion rates as well member results. Additionally, I created the monthly invoicing for each of the schemes based on different criteria and automating where possible.• Created an automated daily report to identify where members were outside of their attendance target to then email/text or send a letter as reminders to the members they need to attend the meetings. I also in charge of responding to member queries via email.• Checked all referrals from GP surgeries within the schemes for new members onto the Diabetes Prevention Programme and that all criteria met before progressing the referred patients onto the programme.• Creation of surveys via Qualtrics and then analysis of member responses presenting via either PowerPoint or Google Slides and looking at ways to improve a members journey.

Promoted form a Graphics Artist to position on Project Manager in the Design Studio and Customer Operations, my role was to identify opportunities for improvement of current efficiencies/processes and project manage new initiatives introduced to the company into our departments which included projects such as Video on Yell.com and system development and testing for workflow inputs from other areas of the business. Additionally I created departmental reporting that identified both departmental and individual performances in order to make suggestions for improvement as well as ensuring sales were kept within budget, all reported back to key stakeholders.

Starting as a cashier whilst at college for extra income. 1997 I was promoted to Deputy Manager of Bovey Straights Service Station also covering another site in Exeter. Responsibilities in this role were management of cashier staff, ordering stock for the shop and petrol deliveries, handling daily/weekly takings, wages and also the site books. The reason for leaving was to pursue a career in Graphic Design.
