I had a client base which had different goals they would like to reach. Following a timeline and a structured, intense and progressive exercise plan along with a catered nutrition plan I would ensure my clients reached their desired goals. I had clients reach their intended weight in less time than they expected because I was motivating them while educating them as well which isn't what most personal trainers do. By doing so a trust was created because they knew i wouldn't let them down and they didn't want to let me down along with themselves.

I had one client who was needing to improve his reactions and fitness for his debut boxing match, I worked with him everyday mixing between sport specific, general power exercises and pad work. Additionally going through fitness tests every 2 weeks to record improvements. Although I had to leave the position, the young man emailed me to say he had won his debut fight by a landslide.
