CurrentManage IT Infrastructure team responsible for IT operations for on-prem datacenter, 11 North America based locations, and cloud services. Infrastructure team supports 500+ employees in a hybrid environment.• Determine strategic direction for IT Infrastructure and Operations by aligning company goals with high value, right-sized, modern solutions.• Ensure the executive team has awareness and input to positive/negative IT risks by regularly maintaining and presenting an IT Risk Register.• Lead team using Agile methods ensuring project scope and velocity align with priorities and resource availability.• Administer $4+ million OpEx budget and $1 million CapEx budget annually.• Develop and maintain strong relationships and agreements with 3rd party contractors (Presidio, Precision Solutions) and vendors (CDW, Fusion) to promote business continuity.• Regularly evaluate the company technical footprint to ensure solutions align with operational needs.• Provide technical guidance to the IT department for projects and day to day operations.• Maintain an Infrastructure Roadmap with all IT projects forecasting and planning for the upcoming 18 months.Key Achievements• Implemented a multi-tier system of in-house and 3rd party human resources to effectively support mission critical systems while facilitating best practice and employee growth.• Created a structured project management system leveraging project charters, communication guidelines, CapEx templates, and lessons learned.• Consolidated 23 Internet and Voice service accounts and migrated the company to a SIP phone system, saving $204k in OpEx costs.• Led implementation and maintenance of (23) B200/C220 Cisco servers hosting 205 virtual machines via VMWare hypervisor.• Vetted and implemented Vulnerability Management SaaS solution Rapid7, maximizing the Infrastructure team’s ability to effectively identify, prioritize, and mitigate vulnerabilities to company assets.
