I am writing to express my enthusiasm and interest in the IT Support industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work in IT because of the focus on innovation, technology, and Customer Relationship building . With my learning agility, tech-savvy, and desire to continuously learn all that I can about the technology field, I believe that I would be an excellent candidate for the role. While working full-time/part-time I recently obtained my Google IT Support Professional certificate, comparable to the CompTIA A+ credential, in an accelerated training program at Merit America. My core skills in IT Support, Cyber Security coupled with ongoing development in troubleshooting, customer service, networking, operating systems, systems administration, and security, make me an ideal fit for this position. Prior to joining the Merit America program, I worked for over 5 years in Customer Service at Lowe’s Home Improvement. Through this experience, I developed and refined the basic and fundamental skills necessary to succeed in the IT Technician role. Changing careers is never easy, but my passion has always been with technology and I could not be more excited to pursue this opportunity in IT I look forward to the interview process and the opportunity to explore mutual fit.
