Improved and monitored blow molding and injection molding processes for optimization and product quality assurance of plastic parts. Selected Accomplishments:Designed and fabricated parts and fixtures for blow molding and injection molding machines as well as auxiliary machinery.

Supervised 30+ Sailors and 3 civilians in the pay and mobilization of Navy Reservists. Led 3 departments and personally resolved daily issues of over 3,000 reservists.

Managed 65+ Sailors and 2 Officers in the performance of seamanship functions and evolutions. Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of 3 - 11 meter rigid hull inflatable boats, 1 - 30 Ton Crane, and 12 forklifts.

Managed 45+ personnel and responsible for the maintenance and operation of over 20 million dollars of equipment that included: 2 main propulsion diesel engines, 2 diesel generators, main reduction gear unit, and boiler and evaporator units.
