Primary responsibility was the direction, leadership, and facilitation of the Town of Plymouth's Drug Free Community Grant and the Local Prevention Council's membership.

I was responsible for the direction of the Drama/Production/Technology related Student Clubs as Terryville High School. This included creating an instructional based series of programs and activities that exposed students to all faucets of creating and putting on theatrical productions and programs, and also hosting public events, staging and managing the events, and video taping and post production of the event for publication. I created a team learning atmosphere where students learn and led the activities engaging in the process from show and event planning, to marketing, budgeting, set up, hosting/performance, and after action clean up and debrief to prepare to do the next one better.
