As a system engineer, I am serving as individual contributor and integrated product team lead to meet performance goals. I direct development of products from science and technology demonstrations to sustainment. As a manufacturing engineer, I have drove continuous improvement on manufacturing techniques on several programs by assisting relaying out of production lines to reach higher rates. I have built work instructions and rework procedures and transitioned five programs from design to production.
