Senior Regulatory Specialist
Current• Manage all regulatory matters in respect to new and existing accounts• Providing daily performance across accounts and troubleshoot any issues that arise• Collaborate with numerous departments, such as trading, legal, and compliance to resolve daily issues• Support Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Client Relations in areas of need• Balance a high volume of ongoing inquiries and maintain high standards of client satisfaction• Handle numerous daily emails regarding pending accounts by providing current information as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise• Maintain close relationship with legal team to research/advise on any new regulations that arise• Assist with annual/quarterly audits
