Senior Regulatory Specialist
Current- Manage all regulatory matters in respect to new and existing accounts
- Providing daily performance across accounts and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with numerous departments, such as trading, legal, and compliance to resolve daily issues
- Support Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Client Relations in areas of need
- Balance a high volume of ongoing inquiries and maintain high standards of client satisfaction
- Handle numerous daily emails regarding pending accounts by providing current information as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise
