Hire, supervise and manage a crew of 20+ members to meet daily kitting targets for Kenworth. Responsible for creating a safe efficient work environment, adhering to both CEVA Logistics and Kenworth guidelines and standards. Create training tools and work instructions, provide extensive hands on training and evaluations for material handling equipment, as well as implementing and enforcing quality and developmental goals.
