CurrentManage all aspects of Construction of Small Cell & DAS sites for the Southern California area. Am currently Managing Site Acquisition and Pre Construction for both VERIZON and SPRINT Small Cell (5G Rollout) in PROW.This includes intial site walks where the best candidates are chosen within the search parameters given by the Carrier as well as taking into account GO-95 Guidlines, City Requirements and Utility Requirements. and ultimately Permitting with City for Construction of Site based on all research and data Collected. After Site walks are completed A SCP is completed and Turned in for each and From there the real fun of working together with A&E Department in designing the Site takes place. First developing the ZDs for initial approval from Utility and to give the city a descriptive look at each individual site in Jurisdiction and ultimately working with the city and utility to Get our 100% CDs Permitted with a well Designed site that all parties are happy with. I have been blessed to be Appart of this 5G rollout since its inception. During this time I have learned all processes and requirements needed to get to Permtting as well as made numerous contacts with most every jurisdiction in Southern and Northern California as well as all Utility Companys. I am happy to say that the 5G Project has only just begun and look forward to being an integral part of this as well as key member to any team I am on for years to come.
