In this role I was responsible for managing the entirety of the Make-Ready process. This included managing and scheduling vendors for services, scheduling in house repairs, and verifying final product. I was also responsible for completing a high amount of work orders, mentoring and leading other techs and performing all roles of Service Manager in the manager's absence.

Here I was responsible for helping perform maintenance and management of the R22 Retrofit project over the span of select properties by Cortland in the DFW metroplex. On top of this I was responsible for filling in for missing techs in a floating capacity as needed during my tenure.
