I develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all end user robots. I actively work with our end user to develop and install robotic safety systems to all robotic automated systems. I specialize in FANUC LR Mate and Yaskawa YRC1000/GP8 robots. I work one on one with site managers, maintenance managers, plant managers or anyone in charge of the PM service for all in house robots. Determine and install all EHS requirements for our customer and provide a risk analysis with every installed system. Using Fusion 360 software I design all sensor brackets and end of tooling for all robots.
