I am currently an ENOC Technician at CBTS. I try my hardest to provide exceptional customer service to the businesses who go through Cincinnati Bell for their office/business needs. Some of my duties include:• At our Enterprise Network Operations Center (ENOC), provide exceptional customer service to customers who use Cincinnati Bell’s network services• Effectively honoring SLAs by quickly responding to calls for assistance via Service Now, email, and direct calls• Demonstrate leadership skills by taking lead on trouble shooting sometimes time sensitive and critical issues and respecting escalation procedures when needed• Daily alarm monitoring through EM7 monitoring tool, start and monitor critical bridge calls
