Arranging all venues and managing a fiscal budget as well as guest conducting and announcing. Writing all grants and defending them at commission meetings including over twenty-five applications throughout the Hampton Roads Area and beyond. Meeting with influential donors to create six years of stable financial seasons of approximately twenty concerts and five rehearsals each. Commissioning new works for the ensemble from new composers of merit. Managing all musicians’ issues dealing with time on task, payment, and performances for this not-for-profit organization.
