I am a practical, hands-on chemical engineer with a wide base of knowledge around pilot-scale chemical systems, controls, catalyst development, custom fabrication, and prototyping. I'm the one someone counts on in order to make theory reality. I am constantly solving wide varieties of difficult operational problems resulting in practical, efficient, and economical solutions. There is no problem that I am afraid to get stuck in on nor unable to solve.

Undergraduate ResearcherSpace Science Laboratory May 2008 - Aug 2008Researched the way ions are accelerated in the Earth's magnetosphere. Specifically looked for plasma particles accelerated with Alfven waves. Became familiar with the IDL computer language. Successfully databased fifteen years worth of data collected for the Fast Auroral Snapshot (FAST) satellite mission and analyzed the results to procure surface plots of the ion densities at the poles of the Earth. Coordinated with another satellite mission (REIMEI) in Japan looking for similar ionic phenomena.
