CurrentResponsible for providing the creation, deployment, repackaging, and support of applications that are utilized throughout the infrastructure through the SCCM 2016 methodology.Repackage COTS through various means, such as AdminStudio, InstallShield, PowerShell, Microsoft App V, VBS Scripts, Batch files, HTM, XML, PHP, etc.Work with customers and vendors to understand business need and find solutions, while following company policies and procedures, and providing documentation for troubleshooting and future installations.Provide installation, configuration, testing, and support of over 6000+ networked workstations, Email system, McAfee anti-virus DLP software and login script configuration.Perform administration duties for both Windows Active Directory and Group Policies.Implement and support widely used industry software deployed on platforms, such as Citrix, VMWare based solutions.Specialize in problem solving, infrastructure design, architectural preparation, team building and possess a vast knowledge of the Microsoft based OS, Linux, and Novell.
