As a learning Environment Associate it is my responsible for providing on site project management support for strategic learning environment projects/orders to include attending pre-site visits, initial, final and one year walkthroughs of projects. I am also. responsible for serving as the main point of contact on-site during delivery and installation of products for selected high target opportunities/customer and serves as the key relationships between installer partners and School Specialty. This role works collaboratively with Strategic Account Managers, Learning Environment Specialist, and inside Sales Representatives to represent a comprehensive array of products and services utilized to create a 21st CenturySafe Learning Environment. A critical element of this role is the ability to assess customer needs and provide the proper solutions that drive sales growth while strengthening customer relationships.The role is expected to build and foster collaboration within Team Selling, while being accountable to meet or exceed sales forecast.

The responsibility of meeting sales goals, obtaining new accounts, growing existing accounts business and maintaining a professional image of Gateway's the objective that each sales associate must strive every day. The continuously promote and sale Gateways products and services to existing and potential customers.As a project manager I have worked with the pre-construction departments to assist the team in preparing project estimates and proposals as well as helping project managers deliver projects on time and within budgets. Review bid documents and analyze bid technical data including lPre planning for logistical planning , drawings specifications, perform basic project plan take-off.

Responsible for review, processing, and distribution of operations field paperwork including timesheets signed delivery tickets, receiving verification, field packet information, change orders, returns and punch list/exception reports. The focus of the role is to meet project budgets, timelines and fulfilling request and repetitions in a timely and complete manner.
