We leverage evidence-based human resource management practices to help organizational leaders develop their organizations and compete more effectively in the marketplace. We focus primarily on talent acquisition and talent management practices, such as enhanced employee selection and development programs (e.g., work analysis, person-job fit, work design, job crafting, employee mentoring, and leadership coaching). We also provide workshops on carrying out evidence-based human resource management and ultimately aim to help HR leaders position their programs as strategic organizational investments.
