I redesigned the TO&E to allow for a M203 to be assigned to each team for marking and masking of targets. I developed a battalion SOP for the usage of the MK­183 SMAW and developed standardized gun drills. I researched, developed and organized a battalion weapons training program for all assault section personnel in the battalion. I was discharged from the IRR on 1/1993. I received an Honorable Discharge.
