Infor Cloud Strategist role develops and leads our clients’ Infor Cloud strategy, customer product roadmaps and proofs of concepts, and HyBridge implementation methodology artifacts. Acting as an advanced technical solution architect well versed in industry trends, this role provides product and project strategy. This would include but not limited to expertise during sales support initiatives, cloud implementations, upgrades/migrations, or redesign and assessment projects. The role will maintain a close relationship with Infor and 3rd party product development teams aligning customer strategy to appropriate solution outcomes. Infor Cloud Strategist is actively engaged with Business Development to support existing and new clientsInfor Cloud Strategist works with our assigned project technical teams by providing technical standards and quality assurance. Infor technology leadership responsibilities includes the full complement of Infor Cloud technologies including but not limited to Infor OS, ION, IPA, Reporting, SAML Authentication, LPL, IFS and associated tools (BI FSM, EPM/Birst, Data Lake, Application Studio, Report Designer) and Infor Document Management/Ephesoft.Engaging with existing client, new clients, business development and sales teams, the Technical Strategist provides hands-on leadership, guidance, and support for API integration design, application configuration and build, testing, training, go-live support and change management. Continuous monitoring of new Infor solutions and providing regular updates to the project teams and customers.Additional responsibilities include leading the development and updating of internal toolsets, methodologies, best practices, and mentoring of consultants as assigned. Infor Cloud Strategist will be engaged to provide subject matter expertise for marketing initiatives or during the sales process leading and providing input to project scope, approach, and service estimates.
