Lead lifecycle process for garrison information systems and battle command common services. Conducted all Information Technology procurements for the organization. Utilized Army Portfolio Management Systems and Information Technology Acquisition Service to coordinate the validity and authorized purchase of over 2,000 pieces of IT equipment.

Served as the Information Assurance Manager; implemented cybersecurity posture and audit policies. The brigade tactical enterprise services architect, consisting of: Active Directory controls, Exchange mail, SharePoint collaboration, SQL Database, McAfee Virus protection, SCCM/WSUS patch upgrades, and data disaster recovery.Led the Information security management team. Managed 1,700 user accounts across the Brigade improving compliance rate among users to 97%. Implemented ACAS and HBSS to protect the unit’s enterprise and warfighter servers.

Served as communications chief in a Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Targeting Acquisition (RSTA) Squadron in the Army’s first Stryker brigade. Supervised all activities of the retransmission section and Command Post Node team. Configured the entire Squadron’s upper tactical internet capabilities in no loss of services during Yakima Training Center Rotation. Knowledge of signal systems and their integration resulted in the restoration of 81 tactical vehicles to mission capable throughout the Squadron.
