I'm a highly-qualified educator with over 15 years of experience in business and education. I am a leader, innovator, and problem-solver by nature and I rely heavily on my creativity and attention to detail to achieve optimum outcomes. While I am very analytical by nature, I also take calculated risks in order to be successful. I am a strong communicator and lifelong learner. As an educator in Baltimore County Public schools, I have spent the last 8 years delivering responsive and differentiated instruction to hundreds of socially, racially, academically, and culturally diverse learners. I have been an innovator, key collaborator, experiential learning leader, and a data-driven decision-maker. Outside of the classroom, I've served on the Superintendent’s Teacher Advisory Council and have been a member of the PTA, Innovation Team, and CORE Leadership Team. I've also served as a webmaster, STEM Coordinator, Student Council Advisor, and National Honor Society Advisor. Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked in management as a supervisor in the financial services industry. In addition to successfully leading a large team, I was responsible for developing and implementing training and quality assurance programs throughout my department.
