- Work in partnership with the President on hockey related matters- Organize and oversee in-season hockey development sessions including the hiring of outside vendors within the budgeted amounts (goalie coaches)3. Provide advice to coaches regarding practice plans to deal with specific situations; and- Oversee coaching development;- Work with the VP of Hockey Operations on these issues because they affect the development of the players.
