Implementation of People and Management processes (Hire to Retire) for corporate areas such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, Corporate Affairs, Procurement, IT and HR (100 employees).Accountable for Corporate Offices, expats and payroll budget execution and follow-up.Facilitate and deliver trainings related to People Policies.Expats management according to internal policies and local legislation (5 expats and 25 foreign employees)Create a Shared Services Center for back offices processes with a national scope.

Support the organization performance by transforming the Company’s strategic priorities into Team/Individual goals and facilitate goal settings sessions across the business (approximately 400 employees). Analyze the organization’s performance curve and its impact on voluntary and involuntary turnover and internal promotions indicators. Promote the PM process (goals, performance and development reviews) through internal channels and Face-to-Face sessions in order to anchor a high-performance culture within the organization.Support key business initiatives related to processes and software tools (SAP), through the implementation of training and communications strategies for the Commercial, Procurement and HR functions.Execute an annual recognition program in order to promote a High-Performance culture within the Organization Main Achievements:Main Lead the implementation of an Organizational Effectiveness Program which included: planning and execution of an average of 65 focus group sessions each year, implementation of 2 communications campaigns, analysis of the gathered data and develop actions plans with functional leaders improving the general company's indicator from 17% to 70% in 4 years.

Define the communication approach and develop key messages, aligned with the regional communications guidelinesImplement tools (interviews and focus groups) to diagnose the key stakeholder’s engagement levelDesign and execute communication strategies and plans in order to improve the employees’ s adaptability with the new process and ways of workings

Develop the company’s internal brand book according to the SABMiller Guidelines and the company needsManage the printed (weekly newsletters and boards, quarterly magazines and biannual leadership newspaper) and digital media (organizational messages)Develop and Execute internal communications campaigns according to the company’s requirements

- Execute the internal and external communications plan.- Design logos, brochures, press-notes, financial reports and merchandising.
