2003 ­ 2005 · Managed MAS90, File, Print, DNS, and DHCP servers. · Organized the computer network migration from Vernon to Commerce. · Setup 2620 Router with T1 module and installed switches to improve the speed and reliability of the computer network. · Setup Access Control Lists and packet analyzers to track and block worms and virus's from infecting the network. · Worked with venders to install and mange card swipe time tracking system. · Installed and configured Handheld POS system for sales people. · Developed Housewares website and linked to MAS90 database with 1000's of products and pictures. · Developed security policies for users to follow for passwords, email access, and shared folder access. · Created monthly newsletter for computer tips such as: detecting/preventing malicious threats, Windows / Office tips, and features and apps that would be of assistance. · Configured and managed dial-in connection for remote users.
