Brought in to rectify a partly implemented Fast Ethernet network that was left behind by a Cisco partner. Upgraded network to Gigabit Ethernet and oversaw the process to implement a self-healing and resilient WiFi-N wireless network based on Aerohive technology and subsequently managed the network. Upgraded Windows infrastructure and added a resilient storage solution with a feature that provides two hour response time for retrieving accidental deletions up to a year old. Oversaw process to replace old keyline phone system with a Cisco VoIP system and integrated it with a custom SIP line system that handled both local and international calls to and from public telephone network. Implemented and requisitioned the audio/video and stage lighting systems for school hall refurbishment project. Oversaw upgrade of school printing services to a centralized monitoring system with consumption reduction as its goal and managed the new printing system. Implemented SMS notification system that sent notifications to affected/target groups as the need may be. Yearly inventory, client upgrades, software roll outs and upgrades, IT equipment procurement, IT helpdesk, IT training, new staff onboarding, school production support with lighting/AV system operation, IT class support.
