- Manage over 200 properties in Birmingham- Arrange client viewings and follow up with rental process- List and update the property details on marketing portals - Prepare reference check, AST- Arrange renewal and company let agreement- Selling on new built and second hand properties- Keep up with sales & rental market trends and review property prices for landlord- Provide regular feedback to clients with high-quality customer service

- Oversee the retail operations including shop operations, new strategy implements, etc.- Project Management (New store opening / New technology in retail store & warehouse, etc.)- Sales Analysis & demand forecasting with online & offline data to maximize productivity for the company.- Involve in contract negotiations, develop & award contracts with adherence to and management of best practices and Procurement policy in line with Delegated levels of Authority.- Liaise with the product team to optimize the product value and profits, resolve gaps in supply, analyzing delivery performance.- Monitor and challenge forecast / slow & non-moving products and request amendments for purchase.- Stock management and analyzing actual vs forecast and any forecast discrepancies.

- Leading the Hong Kong Operations team in the execution of inventory tasks and processes in order to achieve operational excellence- Oversee the Operations team to ensure work order management tasks are being completed effectively and efficiently, and comply with company standards- Oversee store supply ordering process and ensure store needs are being met within the budgetary guidelines, including inventory and demo products- Support and provide training for the maintenance of retail technology systems and devices- Support the leadership team in communicating key inventory and preservation moments to the store team- Contact point with 3PL and internal Supply Chain team- Schedule Planning of Operations team to maximize the productivity- Demand & Supply Planning for Goods sold and store supply- Gather, summarize and prepare data, and reports to support leadership decision-making in key areas including sales & services

-Management Trainee-Rotate through various functions at retail store included: Operation / Inventory / Business / Technical Support / Sales-Collaborate with different team to make impact on the success of the store

- Supervise a team to perform daily operational duties- Provide training and coaching to retail staff related to daily inventory task- Liaise with 3PLs and suppliers on shipment delivery as well as new product launch arrangement- Review the carrier’s performance to see if they are in compliance with our company requirements during product transit or delivery. Report to the regional office in Singapore in order to maintain a reliable and high standard of carrier service.- Maintain the inventory system, no stock out, and reach the company’s target KPI- Monitor Daily / Quarter Stocktake- Monitor that all Return-to-warehouse process is correct- Investigate the variance created by a system error or human mistakes (Loss Prevention)- Monitor the Fixed Assets Registry- Prepare inventory & sales reports for store management
