Current Helped plan, direct, monitor and report on all update procedures and task order plans, performance, and progress in accordance with the contract. Ensure that any issues involving program analysis, reporting, and trainings were resolved to the Program Manager and customer's satisfaction. Reported on issues and lessons learned, as well as provide recommendations for resolution of issues and improved procedures for software upgrading procedures for Tactical Radios. Help identify and mitigate any external dependency risks in feature/product development Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of mobility solutions for our clients Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements Assisted in the planning and support and integration of COTS systems to include ITN mission command systems which incorporated tactical radios (AN-PRC 148, 158,162, 163, 160, 166, 168, 170 and 171’s) for PMTR programs. Actively supplied PM Tactical Radios with network engineering, satellite communications, architecture, analysis, development, and network operations support. Developed and updated project plans, including information such as objectives and schedules. Interpreted data and created reports based on project needs and deliverables, tracking benchmarks and making recommendations for change
