In my previous role as Mechanical Architect at Lexmark International, I collaborated with a global engineering team to design, develop, and manufacture color laser multi-function printing devices to meet product requirements, performance, and reliability. Some of my achievements have included: leading the selection of machine architectures optimized to meet product requirements and specifications; working with sub-system engineers to integrate modules into an electro-mechanical system capable of delivering reliable product features, functions, and performance; collaborating with product test engineers to validate product functions and specifications; working with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and regulatory agency standards are met; diagnosing and resolving performance and reliability issues; and supporting manufacturing to resolve design and production related issues.My experience also includes proven ability to effectively work and communicate with sub-system owners to resolve architecture conflicts, and efficiently make design trade-offs with consideration for customer needs and business constraints.
