Assist the needs of the business ona daily basis and supervise 24 hourly employees along with partnering with both Receiving and Orderfill helping to maintain a steady balance of keeping inbound caught up and outbound . Insuring all required orders are fully stocked in a timely manner to minimize shorts and items not making it to the customer . I also ensure on a daily basis that all Orders and Items received in are putaways within 24 hours. I have to also maintain a reasonable gap ahead of Orderfill in making sure all items needed to be picked are there and available at all times to cut down on skips and cancellations. I steady my department to maintain an 99.1% FillRate every shift.
