I am currently working as an automotive new model development quality leader for a Japanese OEM, responsible for collaboration with R&D to deliver a manufacturable design, equipment designers to develop tooling and welding processes that can deliver a high quality body in white and supplied part process and quality plans that will deliver high accuracy supplied parts to the body shop. I also work to lead project execution to bring new models into a mass production setting at the factory, completing root cause analysis and countermeasure of dimensional issues related to the white body including overall structural accuracy and fit and finish.I am trained in CMM operation and data analysis using Leica tracker systems as well as Romer, in conjunction with Polyworks software. I am also knowledgeable with LaserGauge technologies and the accompanying LGWorks software. I am a certified Solidworks user and use Catia v5 on a daily basis.
