About Christopher Cheng

I found my way in Christ to become a Pastoral Carer, Chaplain with compassion for those in needs. I started in 2014 and completed the Masters of Arts in Theological Studies at the University of Notre Dame Australia in 2017. Having finished one 400-hour Clinical Pastoral Education basic unit (CPE1) at St Vincent Hospital in June 2018, I have completed my second 400-hour CPE2 unit in December 2019. I have gained skills and experience in practicing active/artful listening, attentively waiting during pastoral conversations, and applying my knowledge in theological studies through clinical placements, expanding knowledge related to ministry in a healthcare setting.
